Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training Research has published the school holidays calendar for the year 2018-2019.
The ministry has planned a vacation period after every seven weeks of study with respect to the preparation periods of the various ongoing examinations and other examinations.
Here is the official list of school holidays in Morocco for the year 2018-2019:
New year hijri: 1st Moharram 1440 (one day).
First holidays and Green March: from Sunday, October 28, 2018 to Tuesday, November 6, 2018 (10 days).
Eid Al Mawlid: 12 and 13 Rabii Al Aoual (2 days).
New Year: Tuesday, January 1, 2019 (one day).
Manifesto of Independence: Friday, January 11, 2019 (one day).
Winter holidays: is on Sunday, January 20, 2019 to Sunday, January 27, 2019 (8 days).
Spring Break: Sunday, March 31, 2019 to Sunday, April 14, 2019 (15 days).
Labor Day: Wednesday, May 1, 2019 (one day).
Eid Al Fitr: from 28 Ramadan to 2 Chaoual 1440 (4 days).
